In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options for all guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service total will apply and will be due prior to a new appointment being scheduled. A “no show” will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services.
